They love making complex financial ideas accessible to readers of all experience levels and highlighting how people's diverse experiences and backgrounds intersect with personal finance.

Before joining Insider, they were a web editor at InvestorPlace, covering a wide range of investing topics, including news and advice about stocks, exchange-traded funds, and other tradable securities. Their passion for editing was formed while attending Drury University, where they studied English and creative writing and served as the editor for a student literary magazine.
