Samsung Galaxy Watch 6

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 has all the makings of an excellent Wear OS smartwatch and retains the wealth of health sensors it's known for.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is the fashionable pick for those who wear their smartwatches more as a style statement. The Wear OS watch reintroduces a physically rotating bezel for the first time since the Galaxy Watch 4. This feature makes navigating the watch's features much easier too.

Everything you get with the Galaxy Watch 6

As we've come to expect from Samsung's annual smartwatch refreshes, the Galaxy Watch 6 family boasts an array of impressive features. Whether you prefer the rotating bezel of the Watch 6 Classic (which we missed on the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro) or the touch bezel of the sportier Watch 6, both options have a sapphire crystal Super AMOLED display, measuring 1.5 inches for the bigger casings and 1.3 inches for the smaller ones.

Under the hood, you'll find 2GB of memory and 16GB of storage space, providing ample room for apps and data storage. The battery life is equally impressive, offering up to 40 hours with the Always On Display turned off and 30 hours with it turned on. Each model comes with WiFi and Bluetooth, of course, but you can pay $59 extra for the privilege of a persistent LTE connection. Plus, there's built-in GPS with ample triangulation support through the most popular navigational networks: Glonass, Galileo, and Beidou.

Fitness and health enthusiasts will be delighted with the comprehensive wellness tracking features of the Galaxy Watch 6 series. Both watches have an optical heart rate sensor, accelerometer, barometer, and gyro sensor. Moreover, Samsung's BioActive Sensor, which includes bioelectrical impedance analysis and electric heart rate signal capabilities, takes health monitoring to the next level. The watches also include a temperature sensor for sleep and menstrual cycle tracking.

The Watch 6 series runs on Wear OS 4, offering access to Google Play's growing library of smartwatch apps. Order yours through Samsung and save an extra $50 at the links ahead.
